Accounting and Shipping Clerk (ref: TT)

Job duties

· Handle general accounting duties include AP, AR, GL

· Perform all book-keeping records; data entry, bank transactions, general ledger etc.

· Handle financing arrangements with banks, payment, and cash flow

· Prepare the financial and management reports as needed

· Provide administration & clerical support to ensure a smooth office operation.

· Assist in handling shipping documentation

- Handle customs declaration

· Other duties as assigned

Jobs Requirements:

· F.5 or above

· Attain LCC

· 3-4 years' experience in handling full set of accounts;

· Detailed oriented, responsible, independent & self-motivated & able to work under pressure

· Proficient in MS applications (including Excel, Word, oultook) & computerized systems

· Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese (including Mandarin)
