Research Engineer / Architect

Job Description

·        Lead and coordinate R&D projects in the field of Sustainable Construction

·        Perform testing and analysis for the development of new proprietary products

·        Conduct literature reviews and report findings

·        Prepare presentations, progress reports, and articles about R&D projects

·        Prepare proposals and budgets for funding application

·        Liaising with other units in planning and execution of R&D projects

·        Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the company

 Job Requirement

• Doctoral / Master’s degree holder in a science, technology, engineering and mathematics (“STEM”)-related discipline from either a local university or a well-recognised non-local institution^# 
• Ability to provide technical advice and current developments in area of expertise is a must
• Knowledge of grant funding policies and procedures and applicable regulation is must
• Knowledge of finite element, programming and BIM software is preferred
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply and may be consider for the post of Graduate Research Engineer
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

 Working Location: HK Science and technology Park (Shatin)
