Operation Clerk (Sea Freight)
Responsibility:
• Handle full set sea import/export documents and shipments including booking with carriers & co-loaders, coordinate with warehouse and subcontractor
• Arrange bookings with carriers and subcontractors for Sea shipment ex CN
• Monitor Vessel schedule & shipments status
• Handle daily shipment data entry in excel, operations related enquiries and e-mail correspondence
Requirements:
• At least 2-3 years relevant experience in freight forwarding (US Lane)
• Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS office, including Excel and Word
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for post of Senior Operation Clerk.
• Self-motivated, confident and be able to work under pressure
• Able to work independently, with high efficiency
