Job Responsibilities

  • Manage reception area of building lobby at Town Health Technology Centre in Shatin 
  • Greet visitors/guest, notify hosts of their arrival and process guest badges 
  • Answer all incoming calls and take messages in a professional manner 
  • Organize and distribute incoming correspondence and documents for couriers 
  • Perform daily clerical duties including data input, filing and report preparation 
  • Support ad hoc duties as and when required 

Job Requirements

  • Form 5 or above 
  • 1 year experience in front desk management in a corporate environment, preferably with sizable companies 
  • Good telephone manners and able to work under pressure 
  • Proactive, mature and pleasant with superior interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua) 
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
