Project Designer - Interior
Job Requirements :
Diploma or above in Interior Design, Architectural Studies, Building Studies or related disciplines
At least 3 years of relevant experience in interior design and project management
Good skill in shop drawing and detils drawing (Prioritze)
Job Responsibilities :
Handle the concept design, schematic design, detail design, tender and construction documents
Attend site meetings, delivery coordination, procurement and schedule preparation
To coordinate with sub-contractors carrying out different trades of site works.
To communicate with consultants for solving problems identified on site
Independent, self-motivated, strong senses of responsibility and proactive with good interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Photoshop, AutoCAD, SketchUp and 3D studio Max
