Operation Assistant (Fresh Grad/Part-time also welcome)

Responsibilities:- Perform daily operations including order processing, handling, customers enquiries and compiling sales report / analysis- Work closely with internal departments and external parties to ensure the operational efficiency- Maintain good service quality and business relationship with supplies & customers- Participate direct role in sales, marketing and customers service to ensure business growth.Requirements:- Higher Diploma / Associate Degree holder or above- People-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills- 2-3 years working experience (Retail or FMCG field is preferable)- Good in multi-tasking, Self-motivated and well organized- Proficient in computer literacy- Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential- Strong numerical analysis- Work well under pressure and able to complete task at a timely mannerInterested parties please apply with detailed resume with expected salary and availability to winilau@pansing.com.hk
