Role & Responsibilities
- Generate new business for the company.
- Good communication skills
- Strong relationship building and negotiating skills
- Propose and execute promotion programs
- Provide customer services, such as answering clients inquires via telephone, online chat, and emails.
- Follow-up the inquiry from the clinic on the use of the MediConCen app and other issues.
- Perform user testing on the app to ensure the quality of the app before release.
- Digital marketing on social media and website to promote our service and follow up the inquiries.
- Various administrative tasks and clerical support for Business Development Team, as required
Skills & Requirements
- Higher Diploma/ Degree in discipline/ Fresh graduate are welcome
- Ability to work independently and with teams
- Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Cantonese and English, as well as a good listener
- Embrace working with fun, quirky, enthusiastic people
- Love the rapid, unpredictable nature of a tech start-up
- Self-disciplined, able to work and learn independently, strong problem-solving skills.
