Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in House Restaurant.
- Perform general reception duties in professional manner
- Responsible for reservations and confirm booking
- Handle VIP arrangement and guests' enquiries
- Assist with special events
Requirements
- A confident, self-motivated, friendly, helpful and cheerful person.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Working experience in Hospitality/ food & beverage is preferred.
- Matriculas graduated with at less 3 years of relevant working experiences.
- Customer service focus, positive attitude
- Work Location : Central
