Job Highlights

  •        Handle full set accounts
  •        Excellent career promotion prospect

Responsibilities:

  •        Assist in handling full set accounts;
  •        Handle daily accounting functions;
  •        Assist in preparing for month-end and year-end closings, schedules, reports
  •        Assist in financial analysis and consolidation schedule;
  •        Handle ad hoc matters assigned.

Requirements:

  •        Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines;
  •        0 to 1 year of accounting/audit experience in any field is an advance;
  •        Candidate with more experiences may considered as Accounting Assistant;
  •        Experience in commercial field would be preferred;
  •        Good experience of handling accounting entries and preparing a full set of accounts;
  •        Proficient in MS Word & Excel experience is highly preferred;
  •        Experience in Xero is an advantage
  •        Able to work independently with strong sense of accuracy, mature and self- motivated;
  •        Be responsible, communicate well with people at all levels;
  •        Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
  •        Immediately available is preferred.
