Logistic Clerk


 Profile'sbackground expectations: -excellent skills in using Microsoft Office Excel; -basic knowledge in SAP system to be considered as a plus; -at least two years of working experience in trading/logistic companies; -native Cantonese speaker, fluent in Mandarin is mandatory, English knowledge to be considered a strong plus;  

reliable, self-motivated, hard-working and multi-tasking person; -strong character, ability to work under pressure;  

Job duties:  

-daily communication with suppliers;  

-collect outsourced order confirmations;  

-daily monitoring of the status of open orders;  

-updating the system with relevant order info;  

-collecting shipping documents and uploading the system accordingly;  

-ensuring cargo cut-off time for shipment and taking care of relatedcommunication with freight forwarder;  

-preparing open order status summaries and reports;  

Being Flexible to overtime on Mon/Friday if needed.
