Supply Chain Supervisor

Job Responsibilities: 

Ÿ Execute supply chain full spectrum functions with the warehouse, transport team and buying team;

Ÿ Arrange delivery on time, including in-house operation, planning for D&S, order follow up and shipping arrangement;

Ÿ Implement to the cost saving and the budget control;

Ÿ To work with internal departments to ensure a timely delivery of products to customer; 

Ÿ To execute daily allocation and maintain stock levels in the company's warehouse management system; 

Ÿ Proactively communicates inventory issues and order changes to the management and customers; 

Ÿ Internal and external co-ordination and staff management to ensure a smooth and efficient operation for the assigned customer; 

Ÿ To prepare and analyses reports for management review. 

  

Requirements: 

Ÿ Degree holder of Supply Chain, Logistics and Operations Management or relevant disciplines; 

Ÿ 5 years or above relevant working experiences in supply chain and logistic operations; 

Ÿ Retail supply chain, SAP and WMS experiences are an advantage; 

Ÿ Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English and Cantonese; 

Ÿ Pro-active and able to work under pressure; 

Ÿ Immediate available will be highly preferred.
