Job Description
-Main Duties & Responsibilities:
-Handle full spectrum of daily administration activities including office supplies & equipment, repair & quotation;
-Maintain and monitor department’s housekeeping to align with company standards;
-Perform general administration work and clerical supports including data entry, compiling reports, filing, courier & mailing arrangements, and document control;
-Assist to provide HR functions including staff recruitment, manpower planning, compensation & benefits, training & development, performance management, and staff retention, etc.;
-Perform ad hoc projects as assigned.
Job Requirements
-5-days work (12:00 - 20:00)
-Minimum 3 years solid experience in all-round HR
-Immediately available highly preferred
-High Diploma or above, Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines are highly appreciated
