Job description and responsibilities
- Provision of quality customer services
- Conduct outbound customer services calls
- To make warm calls for arranging financial seminar
- Provide feedback to manager with respect to the success of the attending ratio campaign and ideas for enhancement
Job requirements
- Form 5 (HKCEE) or Form 6 (DSE) graduate or above education level
- Relevant experience in banking and finance industry is preferred
- Experience in telemarketing will be a definite advantage
- Good communication skills, goal-oriented
- Work in Quarry Bay
