HR Manager / HR Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
--Provide support and advise to departments to understand their hiring needs from the business and handling the end to end recruit process to hire suitable candidates;
--Collate the monthly and ad-hoc HR reports such as headcount, hiring reports and the monthly HR summary reports;
--Engage the new hire through the new hire onboarding process to ensure that new hires get well acquainted in the Company and their department;
Job Requirements:
--F.5 or above. Degree holder will be at an advantage (final year students are also welcome to apply);
--Strong ability in organization and coordination; can interact with different parties;
--Proactive, self-motivated, adaptable and able to work independently;
--Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
Location: To Kwa Wan
Working hours: 09:00-18:00 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
