Admin and Cashier Clerk (Flower Shop)
Responsibilities:
· Follow up daily orders for florist
· Handle general administrative work and record filing
· Coordinate with florists and drivers/logistic agents to ensure smooth deliveries
· Maintain inventory list of non-floral items
· Prepare monthly reports to management
· Responsible for in-store flower workshop or events RSVP
· Maintain the cleanliness of workshop space and replenish office equipment
· Ad-hoc assignment is required
· Knowledge of POS system will be preferred
‧ 負責處理店舖之現金、電子支付交易及埋數
‧ 處理店舖單據,送貨安排
‧ 與物流部門聯繫
Requirements:
· At least 1 year relevant working experience
· Attention to details
· Confident and able to work independently
· Proven ability to prioritize workloads
· Proven ability to achieve and exceed productivity targets
· Willingness to learn quickly and grow within the position
· The ability to work in a fast paced
