Job Descriptions: Management Trainee

In a two-year Management Trainee ("MT") programme, you'll have a chance to become one of the future leaders of the Business Industry. Working with the extensive overseas network, you'll gain in-depth knowledge of core business and finance functions as well as exposure to the China market and international marketing. Once you've completed the program, have demonstrated strong potential, and met the management benchmarks, you'll be advanced to an executive position.

• An extensive on-the-job training, coaching, project assignments, and opportunities to organize corporate activities and functions; 
  
• Trainees are provided with financial knowledge, its market and services, and the business industry as a whole. In addition, they are given numerous opportunities to develop the soft skills that every successful business needs.
  
• Commitment to continuous professional and personal development is essential for trainees to succeed on a fast career track. Trainees may be required to attain professional licenses and qualifications to further develop their professionalism.

Requirements:

• Degree/ Associate Degree holder is preferred 
• Oversea University graduate or above IANG “非本地毕业生留港就业计划” is welcome
• Aggressive, self-motivated, passionate for better career development
• Excellent command of English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
• Passionately committed to developing a long-term career in the business industry
• Ability to engage and communicate with multiple stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
