Senior Property Officer / Assistant Services Manager

Mid-level Hong Kong Island

 

Job Description :

  1. Coordinate and supervisor daily maintenance. 
  2. To supervisor daily operations of the security contractor, housekeeping vendors and sundry items suppliers. 
  3. Execute all standard procedures and emergency handling. 
  4. Conduct housekeeping standard check and review and manage the housekeep vendors’ performance. 
  5. To coordinate all building maintenance, contract works, improvement, decoration and renovation. 
  6. Handle enquiries from Tenant, Media and government force. 
  7. Administering and coordinating all properties functions, maintaining intimate relationship with tenants, and replying enquires and complaints. 
  8. Identify problem / risk areas in management and recommend improvement / contingency plans to not only maximize the efficiency of management but also avoid potential dangers for assigned portfolio. 

Requirements :

  • At least 5 years’ relevant experience in Security Management / Property Management in which 3 years must at junior management (or senior supervising) level. 
  • Experience in luxurious residential properties operation is an advantage. 
  • Strong and effective leadership with solid people and team management. 
  • Results-driven, flexible with good interpersonal skills. 
  • Good command of English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua an advantage. 
  • Good in report writing and procedure planning.
