Responsibilities
· Responsible for providing support in HR and office administration
functions
· Support full spectrum of human resources functions include but not limit
to recruitment, payroll administration support, coordinate of staff activities
and assist to update HRA policies, etc.
· Ensure the HR function in compliance with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
and local regulations
· Assist in preparing HR and Administration related documents, announcements
and reports when necessary
· Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
· Higher diploma or degree holder in Human Resources Management or other
business-related discipline
· 1-2 years working experience in HR and Administration field
· Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR related
legislations
· Strong ability in independent, proactive, detail minded, well organized,
team player with can do attitude to work with different parties
· Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
· Proficient PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Chinese Word processing and
PowerPoint presentation
· Ability to adapt multi-task with tight deadlines

Working Location:
Successful candidates will be assigned to
work at EF English Centers located in Mongkok.
