Job Specifications:
- Providing quality food and beverage service to members and guests, according to Club specifications
- Able to set up of service area and equipment with necessary supplies
- Able to multi-tasks and eyes for details
- Works courteously and efficiently
- Split Shift is required
Job Requirements:
- F.5 standard or certificate holder of F&B in IVE
- Minimum of 3 years' food and beverage service experience in fine dining restaurant or similar outlets in hotels
- Certification of previous training in liquor, wine preferably
- Good communication skills in both English & Cantonese
- Pleasant personality and customer oriented
- Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Waiter/ Waitress
