Warehouse Manager

 Job description: 

· Supervise warehouse assistant for the day-to-day activities of
dispatching, receiving, sorting and packing. 

· Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory in/out records.  

· Report shortages, overages and all inventory levels monthly for
replenishment. 

· Responsible for handling stock-take activities regularly. 

· Ensures continued operations and avoids product or inventory
shortages.  

· Responsible for classifying, labeling and warehousing all inventory for
future use.  

· Keep accurate records of inventory levels and location for easy
retrieval order Preparation. 

· Work closely with other internal departments (sales department and
logistic team) to smoothen daily operations and handle any sales
supporting activities as assigned 

· Maintain good hygiene conditions in warehouse 

· other ad hoc duties assigned by the management 

Job Requirement: 

· Higher Diploma or above in warehouse management or related discipline. 

· Monday to Saturday (5-6 days per week) 9:00 - 18:00  

· Good communication and supervisory skills. 

· Well-organized and self-motivated. 

· 5 years working experience in warehouse/inventory management, with at
least 2 years managerial experiences, preferably in Japanese Food
wholesale related industry. 

· Experience in using Warehouse Management System is a definite advantage. 

· Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese. 

· Japanese speaking (JLPT N2 or above) is preferred but not a must  

· Proficient in MS Excel.
