    Summary of Key Responsibilities
    帶領分店夥伴(員工)為客人和夥伴(員工)創造並維護星巴克體驗。
    • 監督和指導夥伴(員工)、人員配備決策(招聘、培訓、評估、紀律處分、解僱、人員配備和調配)、確保客戶滿意度和產品質量、管理分店的財務業績及分店內的安全和保安。
    • 推廣星巴克的文化、價值觀和使命。
    • Lead a team of store partners to create and maintain the Starbucks Experience for customers and partners.
    • Supervise and direct the workforce, making staffing decisions (i.e., hiring, training, evaluating, disciplining, discharging, staffing and scheduling), ensure customer satisfaction and product quality, manage store's financial performance, and manage safety & security within the store.
    • Promote the culture, values and mission of Starbucks.Summary of Experience
    • 3年以上零售相關之分店管理經驗,若有餐飲經驗更佳
    • 具分析財務報告的經驗
    • 經驗較少者可申請為分店主任
    • 3 years up progressive responsibility in a retail or restaurant environment
    • Hands-on experience in analyzing financial reports
    • Those with less experience can apply as Shift SupervisorRequired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
    • 在快節奏的環境和多種情況下獨立有效地管理分店運營
    • 管理資源以確保達到既定的服務水平
    • 具優秀組織規劃、解決問題、人際交往和客戶服務能力
    • 具領導力,能啟導和指導下屬
    • 能清晰簡潔地進行口頭和書面溝通具快速學習能力
    • Ability to manage store operations in a fast-paced environment and with multiple situations independently and effectively
    • Ability to manage resources to ensure that established service levels are achieved at all times
    • Excellent organization and planning, problem-solving, interpersonal and customer service skills
    • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and mentor others
    • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writingBenefits & Others
