採購專員 Procurement Assistant

Responsibilities:
-Handle purchase requisitions from internal departments
-Source and purchase materials/equipment to meet the business needs
-Responsible for purchase order release, price negotiation, supplier delivery and supplier quality follow up
-Monitor and manage suppliers' performance
-Prepares and consolidates all documents required for the smooth procurement of products in due time
-Collect delivery note and invoice for payment preparing
-Place orders to suppliers and monitor/report delivery schedule
-Maintain the accuracy of system data and control inventory
-Prepare different reports and presentation by analysing and reviewing the category performance
-Provides full process support with internal stakeholders and external suppliers in order to achieve business targets by implementing sourcing & procurement execution within the group procurement policy and procedures.
-Executing project-based sourcing with guidance of the line manager.

Requirements:
-Proven experience in sales; experience in B2B/ Corp Sales/ Group Buy will be considered a plus;
-Good computer skills (MS Office, MS Excel, Power Point etc…)
-Proficiency in English
-Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-A team player with high level of dedication

-負責控制採購成本和風險把控
-負責各種採購進展和報表
-開發採購產品相關信息
-協助經理完成部門採購目標
-分析客戶訂單情況, 向經理建議採購策略的方向；
-協助銷售團隊做客戶工作,與客戶及同行業間建立良好的合作關係；
-拜訪、溝通、處理客戶對品質和服務的相關投訴，及時向經理匯報並提出解決方案；
-了解渠道運作,配合銷售團隊執行計劃；
-及時掌握市場和競爭對手的資訊,協助市場調研工作

要求:
-具有公司經營涉及業務和行業知識
-具備1年以上採購工作經驗
-良好的電腦機技能（MS Office, MS Excel, Power Point等）
-能運用英語
-良好組織力並有獨立解決問題能力
-優秀的溝通技巧
-具有高度奉獻精神的團隊合作者
