運營助理(電子商務) Operation Assistant (E-commerce)

Responsibilities:
-Responsible for daily eCommerce operations include managing website, banner update, promotion rules update, website content update etc.
-Responsible for update reporting on weekly basis to monitor sales performance of marketing channels and program, including newsletter, affiliate marketing, CRM etc.
-Ensure website efficient operation and consumer experience on website content in good UX basis
-Assist other ad hoc projects and operations of website and other online activities in eCommerce backend system
-Assist in website enhancements and resolving any website issues on timely basis
-Work closely with different function units including eCommerce Business, Digital Marketing and Merchandizing to ensure smooth consumer experiences on website
-Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor and Manager

Requirements:
-Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
-Good computer skills (MS Office)
-Experience in any eCommerce backend system is an advantage
-Proficiency in English
-Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving;
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
-A team player with high level of dedication;

要求:
-擁有銷售經驗； 具有銷售協調員或其他行政職位經驗者優先考慮；
-良好的計算機技能（MS Office）
-能熟練運用英語
-具有任何電子商務後端系統的經驗
-組織良好並負責解決問題;
-優秀的口頭和書面溝通技巧;
-具有高度奉獻精神的團隊合作者
