IT Field Engineer

Job Specification

• Provide daily IT operation service to in-house and site office
• Perform various IT projects such as hardware installation, inventory checking, OS migration, office relocation, etc. 
• Responsible for hardware, software and network equipment installation, configuration, and upgrade
• Troubleshooting for computer system and network connection
• Timely report and update the job status to management and customer
• Assist in ad-hoc IT related tasks as required

Required Qualification

• Education and Qualifications:
  Diploma or above in Information Technology/ Computer Science or related discipline
• Knowledge and Skills:
  Familiar with Microsoft Windows and Office application
  Hand on experience in IT support operation, PC installation and troubleshooting
  Self-motivated, detailed-oriented, problem solving and analytical skills
• Experience:
  Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in Technical Support
• Language:
  Good written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
