Graduate Trainee Program (Ref: GT - 2022)
Do you want to strive for being the future leader in retail industry? We offer an ample opportunity of a promising career in the
Retail Industry!
It is a good chance for you to learn all-round operations in retail and develop a prosperous career.
It covers a broad range of training, including Technical skills & knowledge,
Merchandise assortment, Sales planning, Budget setting & control for GP
& Expenses, Man hour management, and Managerial skills.
Upon the completion of 1 year in-store on-the-job training, Graduate Trainees will be equipped
to perform all supervisory duties of store operations independently.
For the 2nd year training, Graduate Trainees will be attached at IT
& E-Business Department, Logistics Department, Business Development &
Licensee Department, and Operation & Buying Department.
Job Requirements:
l Bachelor Degree graduated in IT / E-Commence /Logistics / Surveying / Retail Management & Operations is preferred;
l Strong motivation and passion to develop career in retail industry;
l Responsible, willing to learn, hardworking and able to work under pressure;
l Pleasant, polite, harmonious and out-going personality;
l Self-initiative, good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills; and
l Working on shift and public holidays are required.
