Job Highlights
- 西式 / 日式洋食製作
- 1 - 2 年廚房/相關經驗者優先

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all kitchen preparation and production ( yōshoku 日式洋食).
- Maintain smooth operation of shop kitchen and ensure high standard of food quality, kitchen hygiene and safety.
- Carry out miscellaneous duties in the kitchen
Locations: Central (Stanley Street)
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of relevant working experience
- Basic Food and Beverage knowledge. Outstanding technical cooking skills
- Very flexible and able to adapt to changing environments and Management demands. Able to cope with pressure
- Dependable, detail-oriented and self-motivated
