Responsibilities
- Be a subject matter expert in full cycle recruitment- identify, assess, and bring top talent
- Participate in our employer brand building projects with an aim to make it a global brand, while bringing awareness to local communities and networks.
- Work together with a team of passionate talent acquisition specialists and handle end-to-end cycle recruiting processes.
- Partner with stakeholders and hiring managers to identify and build out staffing needs and strategies.
- Have solid understanding of the complete recruiting function, including: research, sourcing, networking, behavior-based interviewing and closing.
- Effective communication approaches that include: keeping others informed, appropriately expressing ideas and thoughts, verbally and in written form, and with a sense of urgency.

Requirements
- Previous work experience in an in-house recruitment / talent acquisition function for an international company, experience in hiring engineers / developers or in high growth startup would be advantageous.
- Driven with a "get it done" attitude.
- Eagerness to roll up your sleeves.
- Experience in being part of agile method projects to drive company brand building such as job fairs and sponsored events.
- Knowledge of a variety of recruiting methods including direct sourcing, social media recruiting, referral sourcing, and other traditional & alternative methods.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese.
Strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through in a fast-paced environment.
