Strong team working spirit, likes to have fun!
5 plus years' experience in hospitality, residential, retail and shopping mall proejcts
Interested or experienced in sustainable interior design
Design Institute or University Graduate or related fields
Have passion for design, innovative, creative, think independently and willing to explore new ideas
Mature, self-motivated and able to meet deadlines with confidence
Well presented, international and knowledgeable in global trends
Strong understanding of luxury, lifestyle and art
FF&E sourcing, negotiating terms of business, finance and lead time scheduling.
Keen eye for color, scale, texture and patterns
Experience in handling clients and projects from design stage to job completion with good communication and interpersonal skill
Knowledge of softwares such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D Sketch up, PowerPoint
Able to work hard under pressure
Spoken English is a must, Cantonese and mandarin preferred
