Job duties:

Provide general administration support.
Mainly responsible for data input and provide clerical support to purchasing department, Monitor inventory to ensure the supply.
Handle purchase order, invoice and delivery arrangement.
Assisting in ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager.
Requirements:

F.5 or above.
Good Computer Skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint...) and Chinese Word Processing.
Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Independent with responsibility and able to work under pressure.
Detail-minded, responsible, positive, self-motivated and eager to learn.
We are welcome fresh graduates.
Supermarket, Store, Cosmetic, Retail experience is preferred.
