Sales Operation Officer (Order Support)

Your role

- Provide order fulfillment and operation support to different sales channels in order to complete sales transactions and uphold customer satisfaction
- Properly follow the prescribed procedures and workflows to complete the assigned tasks timely and accurately
- Provide clerical support in handling customer data and documents for mobile and other business subscription services
- Work closely and provide excellent support to internal teams including sales and operations
- Any other tasks as assigned by supervisor


To succeed in this role

- Form 5 / DSE graduate or above with at least one year working experience
- Proficient in using PC software applications
- 5 working days per week on shift basis
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Detail minded and with attention to details
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
