Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Corporate Sales for the hotel and delivery of strategic business plans from senior leaders to accomplish revenue targets
- Develop a close business relationship with our potential and existing corporate clients to strengthen our client base
- Direct sales activities of the hotel to achieve budgeted goals
- Visit potential clients to establish business opportunities and drive revenue
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings
- Prepare sales reports and regular analysis of market information
- Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related discipline
- Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry is must
- Experience in corporate account conversion will be an advantage
- Good relations and connection with potential clients network
- Self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good team player and able to work under pressure
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office application, especially Word and Excel.
- Candidate with less experience may considered as Assistant Sales Manager
