Assistant Marketing Manager / Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop overall marketing plan on Branding and marketing strategies to build market awareness as well as to gain market share
• Develop digital and social media strategies to engage target audience to build brand awareness and grow sales conversions. Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results
• Drive the innovative and digital projects
• Manage creative agency for TVCs and online video production
• Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities
• Planning and implementing promotional campaigns
• Managing budgets for marketing campaigns
• Directing ATL and BTL strategies and evaluating performances of marketing campaigns
• Monitoring and improving SEO and company websites
• Lead a team to formulate marketing strategies and new initiatives so as to achieve the target
• Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
• Preparing TV, online and print marketing campaigns
• Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications
• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Digital
• Marketing/related-subjects
• At least 4 years relevant experience in marketing
• Experience in driving brand building activities including social media, CRM, search, innovation and media planning
• Preferable with proven success in sales strategy and execution
• Detail-minded with excellent analytical skills, good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Good command of spoken and written English & Cantonese
