Max Mara Fashion Group offers a total of 8 brands in Hong Kong, including iBLUES, Marella, Marina Rinaldi, Max Mara, MAX&Co., Pennyblack, Sportmax, and Weekend Max Mara.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Shop Manager for all staff and operational issues as well as boost up the sales
- Motivate and monitor the team to provide excellent service to our customers
- Achieve company’s sales targets
- Maximize the sales turnover and profitability of the store
- Handle any ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years relevant working experience in luxury fashion retail
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good management and coaching skills
- Strong fashion sense and knowledgeable in fashion trend
