Music Center Operation Manager or Trainee

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with various operations teams in lesson scheduling, student enrollment, room arrangement etc.

Prepare business and data analysis reports

Work closely with all other departments to ensure the smooth running of the School operations

Serve as IT coordinator and liaise with IT supporting company for all IT matters;

Essential Qualities:

Diploma institute or IVE graduate or above;

At least 5 years of relevant experience in operation capacity;

Working experience in the educational sector is a MUST;

Proficient in computer applications including MS World, Excel, Outlook and Chinese word processing;

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge in Putonghua is an advantage

Good communication and relationship building with students and parents

Attentive, responsible, hard-working, mature, aggressive, detail-oriented, strong problem solving and analytical skills;

Quick learner and able to multi-task, work independently, flexibly, self-motivated, and well-organizing;

Process experience in graphic design and familiar with the social media platform is preferable.
