Job Description 

• Job Requirements:
• Supervise an Omni-Channel Contact Centre sales team to promote company’s products and service plans 
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve assigned target
• Observe and review the store staff’s performance with managers on regular basis
• Provide coaching and training to uplift sales and customer services’ skills and performance
• Motivate the team on sales achievement and development of regular customers
• Ensure operation procedures are properly followed under company guideline
• Handle all customer complaints and difficult situation
• Ensure the team to provide professional service to customers and coaching individual staff where necessary to enhance staff skills
• Prepare sales & performance reports and share the program feedbacks & offer suggestion 

 

Job Requirements:  

• F.5 or above 
• Minimum 3 years’ telemarketing experience in telecom industry, with at least 1 year supervisory experience 
• Strong leadership, sales management and sales motivation skills 
• Good interpersonal and communications skills 
• Shift duty is required
