Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls, retrieve voicemails & make follow-up calls to customers
- Handle and resolve customer queries and requests via phone and email on products and services in a professional manner with tactful customer service skills
- Cooperate with other teams and team members to ensure timely resolution of customer requests and problems
- Provide support to management and recommend productivity/service improvements
- Complete customer requests via non-call channels including email and other systems within a designated time frame
- Answer inquiries, resolve & escalate feedback appropriately
- Maintain accurate records on all orders, inquiries & customer feedback cases
- Any other ad hoc projects and job tasks as assigned by the supervisor
- 5.5 work week (Alternative Saturday is required)
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in all disciplines
- Excellent telephone manner with good interpersonal skills
- Mature and pleasant personality
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Excellent service attitude and able to follow through on commitments to customers
- Experience in Customer Success/Service is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels
- Proficient in computer applications such as MS Office/Excel/Word is required
- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
- Proficient in Cantonese for this position is required
- Immediate available is preferred
