Location: Sheung Wan (near MTR station)

Duration: around 2-3 months from February/March 2023

Temporary Tax Administrators


  • Assist in processing tax documents
  • Coordinate with tax boards for getting relevant information
  • Process tax forms for all assigned clients timely
  • Ensure all the data updated and forms are generated accurately
  • Handle phone-in and email enquiries on tax matters
  • Maintain good business relationship with clients
  • Manage customer requests and coordinate with various parties to ensure customer requests are handled promptly and precisely


  • F.5 or above
  • Payroll knowledge in HK / bulk tax submission experience a must
  • Knowledge in MS Office
  • Good numerical sense
  • Freelancers / fresh graduates with relevant experience in tax/payroll are also welcome

Temporary Rental Reimbursement Administrators


  • Assist in RRP claim processing
  • Handle, organize and validate all RRP related documents
  • Calculate RRP claim amount for assigned client timely and accurately
  • Perform data input for RRP checking and calculation in Excel
  • Handle email enquiries on RRP matters
  • Maintain good communication with RRP participants
  • Co-operate with team members to complete the project
  • Assist in ad-hoc reports and statistics preparation assigned by supervisors


  • F.5 or above
  • Knowledge in MS Excel with basic Formula, vlookup is a plus
  • Good numerical sense
  • Freelancers / fresh graduates are also welcome
