Junior / Senior Yacht Steward(ess) [初級/資深遊艇服務主管]

 Responsibilities: 

· Providing 5-star service to guests and ensuring guest satisfaction;

· Providing excellent guest service, silver service and bartending skills when needed; 

· Maintaining laundry, housekeeping and wardrobe tasks for both guests and yacht crew; 

· Floral arrangements and decorations;

· Excellent knowledge of fine dining, wines and cocktails; 

· Maintenance of guest-cabin care and detailed cleaning; 

· Assisting with inventory and restocking provisions; 

· Stowage arrangement; 

· Attention to detail; 

· To maintain a safe and secure environment; 

· Preparation for trips and events;

· Any ad hoc duties as required. 

  

Requirement: 

· To-do attitude; 

· Work with enthusiasm, initiative, meticulousness and responsibility; 

· Commitment to work irregular hours according to business requirements including evenings and weekends; 

· Strong integrity, confidentiality and the ability to work independently to a high standard; 

· Customer service-oriented, to be able to work under pressure; 

· Laundry, housekeeping and F&B experience; 

· Food safety & Hygiene L2; 

· Excellent in English, Cantonese & Mandarin.

 工作內容: 

· 向客人提供5星級服務，確保賓客賓至如歸; 

· 因應客人要求，提供頂級的顧客服務,餐桌服務及調酒服務等; 

· 為客人和遊艇船員處理洗衣、家務和衣櫃整理工作;  

• 花藝安排和裝飾; 

· 精通美食、葡萄酒和雞尾酒知識; 

· 客艙保養和進行仔細清潔; 

· 協助保持物資庫存和補貨; 

· 船艙儲物安排和整理; 

· 時刻注意船上細節‚保持船艙和服務至最高標準; 

· 為客人的旅程和活動做準備; 

· 為客人提供安全及安心的旅程; 

· 如有任何上級委派的額外任務‚需配合處理.  

  

要求: 

· 有使命必達的態度; 

· 對工作有熱誠、主動、細心、責任心強; 

· 根據工作需要不定時工作，包括晚上和周末;  

• 有誠信、能保密及有獨立工作能力，以保持高標準質素; 

· 以服務客人為本，能在壓力下工作; 

· 須有洗衣、家務和餐飲經驗; 

· 須有2級食品安全與衛生證書; 

· 能操流利的英文,廣東話和國語.
