Charter Operation Assistant

 Responsibilities: 

· Handle yacht charter booking and daily operation;. 

· Following up customer questions and booking enquiries;  

· Prepare invoice, agenda and relevant documents;  

· Assist the manager for operation of charter booking; 

· Outdoor work will be require if necessary (moving stuff on board and customer servicing); 

· Any ad hoc duties. 

  

Requirements: 

· Associate Degree or above; 

· Working experience in hotel booking, travel agency and customer services industry will be an advantage, fresh graduate also welcome; 

· Proficient in photoshop and website development will be an advantage; 

· Good command in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin; 

· Detail minded, outgoing, passionate, team worker and willing to learn; 

· Immediate available is preferred.  

Working Hours: Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday being holiday (Actual working hours will be subjected to the business).
