Assistant AI Chatbot Officer (Welcome Fresh Graduate)

Your Role:
· Build and maintain AI chatbot flow by structuring content block and reviewing the copywriting to enhance the customer satisfaction
· Work closely with Centre Manager on the implementation and progress review of the Digitalization / Automation delivery projects;
· Assist Centre Managers to revamp chatbot performance and recommendations so as to uplift customer satisfaction;
· Identify the chatbot potential and be responsible for chatbot scope expansion for telecommunication services;
· Provide on-going support for chatbot development and enhancement; · Support any ad-hoc assignments or projects when required

To succeed in this role:
• Fresh graduates are also welcome
• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Information System or other relevant disciplines;
• Proficiency in PC applications including MS Excel, Word and Power Point
• Good command of written English and Chinese
• Work Location: Kowloon Bay / Tuen Mun
