Senior Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
· Execute effective marketing strategies including improvement of brand, advertising, and promotion, as well as customer engagement.
· Strategically secure proper budget requirements, create planning for projects and employees, as well as operational duties.
· Ability to work together with different departments as well as observe the brands reputation and performance to effectively utilize marketing and sales strategies.
· Create marketing assets and promotional items with information that is related to company requirements.
· Manage the sales staff and the day-to-day activities.
· Motivate and guide the sales staff in order to meet the sales goal that is to optimize profits, while also experimenting with creative marketing and new strategies in China and Hong Kong regions.
· Experienced candidate will head up a department to lead a small team to do business development including client pitching, clients visit, etc.
· Responsible for overall project coordination of system projects including installation, maintenance & retrofit works.
· Coordinate with all related parties such as clients, consultants, contractors.
· Attend site meetings, conduct site survey, T&C etc.
· Well-known platform with promising career
Requirements:
· Degree holder in Business Administration; Computer Science; IT or any other related discipline is preferrable.
· At least 8 years' relevant experience in technology sector with system platform.
· Multiple headcounts, candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Marketing Manager
· Good communication skill in Chinese and English (both spoken and written)
