採購經理 Procurement Manager

 Job Description 

· Drive procurement activities and sourcing related to food
materials and F & B industry 

· Source and manage suppliers for chilled poultry and frozen food 

· Fine tune the procurement processes and improve on the current
practices 

· Regularly report expenses, projects status with associated quality
improvement/ savings that can be achieved 

· Responsible for the whole procurement process such as the market
research, procurement plan and the evaluation process. 

· Developing and selecting qualified vendors to ensure the
uninterrupted supply and price competitiveness 

· Keep good relationship with the frequent suppliers 

Requirement 

· Tertiary education in relevant discipline 

· 4 - 5 years experience in procurement management, F & B
preferred 

· Self start and independent professional 

· Expert in tender process and purchase contract terms with ability
to cost save 

· Good communication and negotiation skill
