(Part-time) Project Assistant

Your Role:

· Collaborate with management to determine presentation goals and objectives.
· Gather and analyze data, develop a clear and concise message, and create visually appealing PowerPoint slides.
· Format and design slides to match company branding and style guidelines.
· Edit and revise slides based on feedback, rehearse the presentation, and assist with the technical aspects of delivering it.
· Follow up with management to gather feedback and make improvements for future presentations.
· Flexible working hours, subjected to operation's need.
· Work location: Tuen Mun (near Tuen Mun Station) or Kowloon Bay


To Succeed in this role:

· High diploma or above in Business is preferred
· 1-3 years of working experience
· A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
· Strong communication, organisational and analytical skills
· Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
· Ability to work independently
· Immediate available is preferred
