What is your job about?
We are looking for a Sales Operations Assistant to join our Showroom Operations team in Hong Kong.
- Process invoices, credit notes, order entry, payment transactions, settlement, orders follows up
- Prepare various report to analysis sales performance
- Assist department clerical/ administrative tasks
- Work with Hong Kong and China teams to provide pre-sales support and after-sales services
- Handle ad hoc reports and projects
Who will be our potential target?
- Higher Diploma or above (Accounting or related discipline will be an advantage)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in operations/account function
- Self-motivated, Strong interpersonal skills, independent, and responsible
- Excellent priority setting and able to multi-task
- Good command of both written & Spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin
- Good PC skills in MS Word, Chinese Word processing, Strong Excel Skills
- Immediate available or short notice period is highly preferable
