Senior Draftsman / Draftsman (New Headcount)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain design drawings with the use of computer-aided design (CAD) software (see below);
• Co-ordinate and work closely with Engineers;
• Design, Develop and Produce paper models.

Requirements:

• Certificate/Diploma/Higher Diploma in relevant disciplines;
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in building works related drawings;
• Familiar with the Buildings Department entry plan requirements and have knowledge of Hong Kong building regulations, construction procedures and details;
• Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Self-motivated & work independent and good problem-solving skills with good team spirit;
• Proficiency in using AutoCad (2D & 3D Modeling), SketchUp, V-Ray, Photoshop and MS Office;
• Immediate available is an advantage;
• Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Senior Draftsman.
