Responsibility:
- Conductfailure analysis for return samples
- Perform experiments for in-depth failure mode understanding and evaluation;
- Develop advanced manufacturing process for reliability improvement
Requirement:
Academic Qualification: Bachelor Degree or above;
Field of study: Applied Physics / Physics / Material Science / Electronic Engineering or relevant disciplines;
Years of Experience: Preferable 1-3 years relevant working experiences;
*Fresh graduate will also be considered;
- Good team player with analytical and logical mind for experiment design
- Effective communication skill with good command of written and spoken Chinese and English;
Working Location:
Hong Kong Science Park, Shatin
