 Job Responsibilities  

  • Provide daily administrative and clerical support to the team 
  • Assist in preparing claims documents to service providers/loss adjusters when
    needed 
  • Handle enquiries through online platform 
  • Handle simple claims, if necessary 

Job Requirements  

  • Form 5 (HKCEE/HKDSE) or above 
  • Minimum 1-2 years office work experience. Experience in insurance industry is
    preferable. 
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese 
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and Outlook 
  • Independent, proactive and willingness to learn 
  • Detail-minded and well-organized 
  • Working experience in insurance industry will be an advantage
