Accounting Officer (Revenue & Corporate Management Team)

Responsibilities:

• Handle Accounts Receivables & Billing-related tasks including invoice issuance, collection & settlement and account reconciliation
• Handle Accounts Payable related tasks, including data entry, payment verification, payment requisition and accounts reconciliation
• Responsible for daily journal entries for Accounts Receivables & Accounts Payables in compliance with accounting policies and procedures
• Update and maintain the billing, accounts payables, accounts receivables records & reports with accuracy and timely manner
• Liaise with business units, customer service centers in handling customer enquiries and disputes
• Assist in accounts receivables and billing system data interface & reconciliation
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Holder of higher diploma in business/ finance/ accounting or related disciplines
• 1-2 years relevant experience preferred, fresh graduate with basic accounting concept is welcomed
• Knowledge in Excel Applications (e.g. Vlookup, pivot table)
• Hands-on experience in PC software and financial systems (e.g. MS Word, Excel, Oracle)
• Good team player, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
