Catering Attendant 餐飲服務員 [Airlines Lounges 機場貴賓室]

Job Duties 職責: 

• Provide excellent service in a professional manner to lounge customers, including but to limited to greet the customers upon their arrival , make recommendation on menu, and serve food 
• Take accurate food and drinks order and familiar with the menu 
• Work closely with both service and kitchen team to ensure a smooth operation 
• Ensure the buffet of all F&B items and food are adequate and replenished regularly as required, and in accordance with food safety standards 
• Maintain the tidiness and hygiene of the lounge area and ensure the dining tables are detailed 
• Perform other duties as assigned or required by the supervisor 
• 專業地為貴賓室客人提供優質服務，包括款待客人、推薦菜式及端送食物等 
• 準確為客人落單並熟悉菜單內容 
• 與服務和廚房團隊緊密合作，確保日常運作順暢 
• 確保在自助餐區的所有餐飲用具及食物充足，並按照食物安全標準定期補充 
• 保持餐廳的整潔和衛生，並確保餐桌整齊 
• 執行其他由主管委派的工作 

Job Requirements 任職要求: 

• Minimum 1-year relevant working experience 
• Service-oriented, good communication skills. A good team player 
• Good communication skills and a good team player 
• Good command of spoken Cantonese and Fair English 
• 最少1年相關工作經驗 
• 服務為先，良好溝通技巧及具團隊精神 
• 能操流利廣東話及一般英文
