Responsibilities:
- Prepare all loan documents for consumer and corporate clients
- Check the completeness and correctness of documents before loan disbursement
- Liaise with valuation / properties agents and follow up with the valuation reports
- Handle and supervise loans repayment & maintenance functions
- Take up ad hoc projects as and when required
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above in Banking, Finance or related disciplines
- At least 2 years in loan administration operations in lending products
- Good knowledge of Companies Ordinance and legal requirements for loan documentation
- Strong communication, inter-personal and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, able to work independently and a good team player
- Good command in both spoken and written Chinese and English.
- Basic computer skills, e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
